About Us

The Ruth M. Rothstein CORE Center is a community health center of Cook County Health in Chicago, Illinois. CORE is a clinical research site of multiple clinical trials networks, through both the John H. Stroger, Jr., Hospital of Cook County/Hektoen Institute of Medicine, and the Rush University Medical Center.

Departmental Investigators

Investigators at the CORE Center of Cook County Health include faculty from the Departments of Medicine and Mental Health & Substance Abuse at Stroger Hospital, as well as infectious disease faculty at the Rush University Medical Center. Investigators at CORE work within federally funded international and national clinical trials networks, investigator-initiated research, and industry-sponsored trials.
